This is our beautiful New Cover. The photo was taken by Jesse Ramirez from La Foto Bella in our new offices. The hair and make-up was done by Janett Chairez from Salon Chairez. And the dress from Ella Blu, one of the most beautyful and unique dresses from the Mon Cheri 2009 Fall Bridal Collection, that was used to inspired the concept for this issue of Belle the Magazine.
